i need filter record in my ssrs report through query what should i need to do anyone suggest.

Hi Yasir,
We cannot filter the SSRS report during execution as we filtering Forms and Tables. Instead provide it as Query Range or Contract parameters to filter the records in DP class.

Write query.addrange(fieldnum(salestable,salesid)).value(salesid) while making your query. What sort of ranges you require are they fixed or are u getting them through parameter?
change the group sort expression to use a Lookup function to find the numeric field that corresponds to the DataColumn value.
Example:
=Lookup(Fields!DataColumn1.Value, Fields!DataColumn1.Value, Fields!DataColumn2.Value, "Data Column")
Hi yasir, filtering ssrs report won't filter on runtime. But you can do it on finding the class of the report and do the filter on tab ( processReport ).
