I have created a report and running it on 2 companies. 1st company has 100,000+ records and report is successfully rendering the data whereas the 2nd company has 20,000+ records only but it is still giving timeout error. Note that I have same report and rdp class for both the companies.
Hi Mahwish Izhat,
For long running reports you can make use of "SrsReportDataProviderPreProcess".This class will prepare all the data required before calling the ssrs.
So your dp class should extend the above class.
There is some prerequisites to be done after changing it to "SrsReportDataProviderPreProcess".

I have already changed my report to preprocess and it is successfully inserting all the records but giving timeout error while rendering it.
First you try to troubleshoot the time out issues. Refer to below blog for troubleshooting.
