My Qty on Hand in Inventory SmartLists - Item Quantities is correct. In Sales SmartList - Sales Line Items it is not. We use these to help process back orders. Anyone know what causes this?
Is there something we are not doing that is causing the sales Line items to show zero on hand when item quantities shows what we actually have?

Martin, the quickest way to do this would be to download the Sales Line Items SmartList template from CustomerSource. You then import the template (be aware that importing the template will wipe out any SmartList Favorites that are based on the out-of-the-box SmartList) and link the Item Quantities Master table to the Sales Transaction Amounts Work table in the manner described above. The QoH for the Sales Line Items comes from linking those two tables.
Otherwise, you'll have to start from scratch.
The QTY on Hand field in the Sales Lines SmartList is not the QoH field from the Item Quantities Master. You need to replicate the Sales Lines SmartList, add the Item Quantities Master table to it and pull in the QoH and Location Code fields from there.
