Dynamics AX service terminated unexpectedly.

Hi Experts,

We experiencing  AOS went down unexpectedly.

I checked on the event logs and found the following logs.

The Microsoft Dynamics AX Object Server service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 3 times.

Source: Service Control

Event Id: 7034

Can you help me to find the issue and solve this problem .

Any response is highly appreciated.

    1.Check that the database can be connected

    2.Check the AOS server machine for any problems

    3.Check the AX configuration .

    7300 range errors are typically to do with loss network connectivity - you could do a cash dump analysis

    Its possible a kernel update (server and client, and a full recompilation will resolve (maybe  too many developers working at once - a good thing  to do anyway).

    Pl check if blow can help further

    1. This is happening for more than one user.

    2. Does it triggers when a specific process runs in the system, try to find the trigger point.

    3. Check the event logs for more details.

    Thanks for your response. The reason the AOS wouldn't start is because of bad references in the model store. To make a long story short, I was trying to rename 2 views in the AOT when the AOS crashed. Common sense told me it had something to do with those views because the AOS wouldn't start after that. Luckily I knew the names of the views and was able to use the SQL Management Studio to fix the model store references.
