Health Accelerator Installation

We are installing the health accelerator for D365 CE on a paid D365 instance. We can go through the steps to install the app and it appears as 'enabled' under the Applications tab of the instance when viewed from the D365 Admin Centre. Despite all of this, the functionalities, entities, nor solution relating to the Health Accelerator shows up in D365. Is there an offline installer / solution for the Health Accelerator? Has anyone gone through this issue?

    Hi Alessi ,

    I met the same Issue that I could find the Health Accelerator tab although I could see the application has been enabled in Application tab.

    The following is the D365 Health Accelerator step by step installation guideline.

    I will have a try to test whether the app works normally in Trial Run Environment in the future.

    Hi Alessi,

    It works normally now.  The reason why you could not see the Dynamics Health 365 is that the application is still installing in the Instance but not show the installing process.

    The following screenshot is for your reference.
