Only recently, our AR person is unable to save any changes to customer records in Customer Maintenance. As an example:
Pull up a customer using a 6 digit ID, then the customer name is displayed.
We change the customer name and click save at the top of the screen.
If we go to a different customer then back to the previously changed one, the change is undone.
I can successfully change the customer information and the change will stay, but I believe that is due to the Sysadmin credentials.
Could a permission be stopping the changes from being committed?
