Hopefully someone can help before i have to raise a ticket with Microsoft.
My client has just upgraded to Dynamics GP 2018 R2 and has installed the hotfix and enabled the Making Tax Digital functionality as they are in the UK and need to automatically sibmit however we have a major issue with the VAT 100.
When it is calculated the summary page is not showing the correct amounts. The detailed reports are correct and have the right amounts and this would be fine however the summary screen which holds the amounts is incorrect and this is the amount that needs to be submitted to HMRC automatically.
has anyone ekse came across this issue in 2018 R2? I know it was an issue in GP 2010 but thought it had been fixed?
Any assistance would be gratefully received as they have to submit by the end of the month.
