Hopefully someone can help before i have to raise a ticket with Microsoft.
My client has just upgraded to Dynamics GP 2018 R2 and has installed the hotfix and enabled the Making Tax Digital functionality as they are in the UK and need to automatically sibmit however we have a major issue with the VAT 100.
When it is calculated the summary page is not showing the correct amounts. The detailed reports are correct and have the right amounts and this would be fine however the summary screen which holds the amounts is incorrect and this is the amount that needs to be submitted to HMRC automatically.
has anyone ekse came across this issue in 2018 R2? I know it was an issue in GP 2010 but thought it had been fixed?
Any assistance would be gratefully received as they have to submit by the end of the month.

What build version do you have this problem with? I have experienced the same problem on a customers environment running GP 2018 R2 build 18.2.1036. I was able to replicate it on a clean install of the same build on a local vm and found the problem was resolved by deploying the 2020 February update to upgrade to build 18.2.1060.
I believe build number 18.2.1036 has some problems with stored procedures and so will be recommending the customer deploys the latest service pack. Please let me know if you find this solution works for you too as we do have a case logged with Microsoft regarding this but as yet it remains unresolved with them.
