Open the window in question, then press CTRL+Alt+F11 on your keyboard. This should remove the VBA code behind the window. Hope this helps.
Thanks MG. I do have an issue with removing eh window from VBA. The button is grayed out. I imported the package file into GP. could this be a permission issue? If so where do i look for it?

The customizations in Customization Maintenance window are either the result of a) a modified report, b) a modified form, and/or c) VBA code added to the previous 2 objects. In order to remove a modified form or modified report, you will need to remove the objects from Modifier or Report Writer respectively. If you have VBA code, you will need to remove the window or the report from VBA. Take a look at the VBA manual for instructions on accomplishing the latter.
