How do i make automation of fields in case when i select an option? and will be sent to the specified email address.?
Here's i want to accomplish.
When i select B in the case field
it will automatically send an email to the email that i specified on the account with the information in the case like ( case number, notes, status)

You can trigger a workflow on change of the field and then can use send email step to send email, in the email properties, you select the email from account record.
You can also put some values from the case record like case number, title, status etc but you cannot put notes as notes are stored in separate entity and it is not possible to retrieve multiple records from a related entity within workflow.

BTW, i tried to use work flow on demand. But I can't find a way to include the notes in the case.
