Set up Claim Based Authentication with Dell Cloud Access Manager

Hi,

we're trying to enable Claim Based Authentication on CRM 2016 with Dell Cloud Access Manager. After we input the XML URL and certificate, we get the the error Federation metadata URL is not available. Does anyone have experience with setting up the Claim Based Authentication for CRM with Dell Cloud Access Manager? Log isn't really telling us much. Thank you

Hi Bas, not really sure that this applies to On-Premise, which I didn't mention. However, we found out the issue - CAM gives you ability to run federation service via SAML or WS, we havd the wrong setup using SAML, which was giving us the error.

Hi Stefan,

I think you need to set up the authentication thru Azure AD. What you need to do is to connect Azure AD with the Dell Identity Cloud Manager. It should be compatible according to this list:
