Dynamics 365 AX Migration Promo License

Hi there.

Have a customer that last year migrated from AX2012 R3 to Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.

They were entitled to the AX migration Promo of 40% from the published pricing.

Now that their renewal is up the CSP Distributor is saying that the discount given is not valid anymore and the customer is required to pay full price as published.

This seems to be very steep for the customer especially a jump of 40% from initial subscription.

Normally this price is locked and it is for a period of time.

Need help and assistance is there anyway the Customer to enjoy the Promo discount for renewal.
