I have the same problem, and found more posting of this issue on other forums. I think it's a general problem.
Microsoft should look at this.
I found a way to fix it !
1) Go to settings
2) Click on Dynamics App for Outlook
3) Scroll down, and click on "Add the app to all eligibles users"
4) Wait 3 minutes.
If nothing changes after this :
1) Keep Outlook plugin for Dynamics open on Outlook
2) Go to : C:\Windows\System32\F12 and then, open the IEChooser Application.
3) Click on Dynamics 365
4) For all the lines you have, click on 1 then 2 on each lines. (It will empty the caches and cookies)
5) Close and restart Outlook
Tell me if it works.
Have a nice day
Hi,
This issue started 30.7.2019 and it is effecting all users in our organization, I have opened a premier ticket to Microsoft.
Microsoft quickly provided us a workaround and notified that their product team is currently working on a permanent fix.
1. Close Outlook
2. Open IE and clear it's cache
3. Add the following sites to compatibility view settings
4. Open Edge and clear the cache if you are using Windows 10.
6. Problem should be solved, open Outlook and check whether the issue is still happening.
Thanks HML!
I have tested and it works for me!
So now Edge is in the mix too - very nice MS!

Thank HML! It's working fine now.
Hi, I can confirm this will solve in 99%. Not for me unfortunately.
Are there more where this did not solve the issue?
I have got this from my MS Ticket: (Thank you Georgi)
Some new 64 Bit Outlook on Windows 10 installations use Edge (not IE) for underneath communication between CRM and Exchange.
To clear the Edge Cache you need to download "Microsoft Edge DevTools Preview" from Microsoft Store. (bing)
Then open Outlook, try to track an E-mail and open the Tooling Console. Goto ConsoleTab and type LocalStorage on the prompt below.
Somewhere there you will see your account details.
Then type LocalStorage.clear()
The answer is <undefined.
Now your App is fixed
This is a known issue and we are working to roll out its fix. We will keep you posted. Details and mitigation workaround are documented at

I had the same issue on one of my Terminalservers for one User. Cleared the IE Cache, set the rights in the %userprofile%\Appdata\LocalLow folder and so on. Last help was deleted everthing under:
%userprofile%\Appdata\LocalLow\Microsoft\Windows\AppCache
%userprofile%\Appdata\LocalLow\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\DOMStore
and voila CRM Window in Outlook again!
