Sort values of Repeating table in Word Template?

Hi everyone!

Is there a way to sort the values of a repeating table in Word Template?

I have some records with Status = Active and Inactive. It is always sorted by Inactive , i think it uses descending sorting. I want to change it to Ascending but there is no way to do it because there are only two rows in my table. The header row and the repeating row.

Ideally i would like to filter and show only the Active records. Is there a way to show only the active records?

Any ideas how to bypass this by hiding the inactive records or sorting with the active records first?

Thanks!

Sorting and filtering are not possible.

    Note from Microsoft:

Lists in created documents are not in the same order as records

Lists of records created from a custom template may not appear in the same order in Word documents as the order in Customer Engagement apps. Records are listed in the order of the time and date they were created.

    Hi,

    This is what I found.

    From MSDN

Lists in created documents are not in the same order as records

Lists of records created from a custom template may not appear in the same order in Word documents as the order in Customer Engagement apps. Records are listed in the order of the time and date they were created.

    Filter the data

    - Not possible with OOB.
