In GP2010
1. When clicking on Professional Services Tools Library, I get a prompt to, "Please enter Utilities Registration Code.". Does anyone know what that is?
2. When trying to register or use set the Purchasing Tools: "Minimum PO/Receipt #", I get a prompt that says "Please Enter BackOffice Service Tools Registration Code". Does anyone know what code this is?
Any help would be appreciated!

Hello Leslie, I am sending you email for version and build number detail for my gp where I have installed PSTL, I am having same information message after installing PSTL. "Incorrect Registration Code! Please verify Registration Code."But In my case I am getting it on live company only, on TWO it is working find, giving no information message, opens up PSTL main window and working fine.
I figured out the problem. The client I was using needed the PSTL code, so I compulied the chunk file and it worked after that. Thanks again for responding and helping out.

Make sure you are using the latest version of PSTL. There was an update to it after the RTM version. You can download it from the Service Pack area of CustomerSource or PartnerSource. Search for Professional Services Tools Library (PSTL) for Microsoft Dynamics and you should get a page with the various versions available for download.
If you can't find it, tell me the version and build of Dynamics GP you are using, and I will e-mail it to you.

I am using this code SMPE0102030405. It was included in the download file sent to me by our partner.
For some reason I am getting this error now when I Register PSTL. Any ideas?
