In GP2010

 

1.  When clicking on Professional Services Tools Library, I get a prompt to, "Please enter Utilities Registration Code.".  Does anyone know what that is?

2.  When trying to register or use set the Purchasing Tools:  "Minimum PO/Receipt #", I get a prompt that says "Please Enter BackOffice Service Tools Registration Code".  Does anyone know what code this is?

 

Any help would be appreciated!

    It is free but you need to obtain if from your partner or Customer Source

    if you have a zip file of the download for PSTL you have the regisgtration code in a txt file contained in the downloaded files

    I am actually trying to turn it on for GP2010 (currently going through upgrade).  PSTL is already installed, but I think I need the codes, right?

    Yes.  It can be downloaded from partnersource.  It is a free download, so you can get from you Partner or CustomerSource as Richard suggested

    For some reason I am getting this error now when I Register PSTL.  Any ideas?

    "Incorrect Registration Code!  Please verify Registration Code."
