Printer taking too much time to print any report D365 finance and operations

Hello 

I am facing on issue regarding to the delay in the printout from the dynamics 365 finance and operations  .I am using internet explore 

I have configured the network printer on my live system and all the printers are enabled but when i am printing any report it taking more than 1 days to print the report   .

Is i have to configure the routing  agent installer on every user . Right now i have configured one user system .

Please advice .

    You don't have to install DRA for every user on their workstations. DRA is more a printer server role. In your case, try to reinstall the DRA to see if issue gets resolved due to binary corruption of DRA itself. You can also try different DRA servers, printers, to determine if this is a printer specific, or DRA server specific issue. In addition, logging a support ticket per your need to provide more detailed log/traces per so that Microsoft support can help you further.
