I am importing csv which contain 2 records with header. Always the jobs stuck submitted. I have tried restarting async service but no help.
Any thoughts or help would be appreciated.

What build of D365 or CRM are you on? What is the template you are using when trying the import? Did this work before? If so, then what had changed since that last time it worked?
I am using Dynamics 365 Version 1612 (9.0.34.5) on-premises. I am using simple csv import with 3 fields. Yes, it was working before. No, change other than CRM upgrade.
