We use dynamics for our service desk application and I would like to know if it is possible for us to import contacts from each of our customers office 365 portals to ensure the contact information stays up to date.
Has anyone found a way of doing this or know if it possible?

Could you give us a bit more information?
I assume you are using Microsoft Portals for Dynamics? If so, logins in Portals are automatically placed in the contact entity. As such, they should already be in your contacts in CRM.
If by chance you have multiple instances of Portals and CRM, then you can easily export the contacts from one instance and import them into another. In fact, XRMToolBox has a plugin that will easily move data from one organization called "Data Transporter". XRMToolBox also has several other plugins to allow for exporting and importing data in other scenarios.
