Hi guys,
I have a web resource, and from there I have a button to create a new appointment using openEntityForm with parameters.
But I am not sure why when I save the appointment, it doesn't trigger my plugin at stage Pre-Validation.
The plugin still trigger at stage Pre-Validation when I create appointment from Appointment Home Page on CRM.
Is anyone have any idea about this?
For more information, I'm using Microsoft Dynamics 365 V8.2.

I don't think triggering of plugin depends on how you open the entity form.BTW what is your plugin doing? How do you sure that plugin not triggering?
Might be there is some validation which restricts execute actual business logic.
I would suggest to write trace log and enable tracing to make sure that it's not triggering.

Probably we have to test this scenario in a vanilla instance & once confirmed, we can log a ticket with MS support to get hotfix or workaround.
