Could you pls introduce me about the field "position" in picking list journal.
I have no idea about that.

Can you clarify where exactly you see this field? Is it related to sales or production? Possibly you are referring to a production BOM position. This is used for sorting: docs.microsoft.com/.../bom-versions-and-lines-form

thank you for your help, I see this field in production order module, where I create new picking list to deduct material for production order.

This is indeed related to the BOM position as shared in the link above. In the standard it is not available on the grid, but using a personalization or customization it could be placed on the grid.
