Yes, the client says they have. I forgot to mention that this is in 10.0. Is it something that is only effective 2010 or greater? Or is there an issue with Office 365? The 10.0 manuals are not very descriptive on this. I'm checking 2010 to see if it is resolved there.

It would seem that this should work, but having trouble getting it to work when set up this way. Have you had experience with getting that method to work?
Have you tried defining your signature directly in Outlook? This should work.
