I know the MS definition of how they calculate the quota to be anyone who's interacted with insights journey in the last 12 months. My question is if we want to delete users (people who have hard bounced for example cause the email no longer exists). Will that remove them from the quota?
In our previous marketing automation tool we can simply choose to delete these hard bounces to remove them from the total quota.
Deleting contacts to reduce quota limit? Will it work?
