Can I change the order that the entities appear in the navigation? (D365 Sales Enterprise with Unified Interface)

We use the Compliance group much more often than we use the Marketing group.

Can I change the order that the entity groups and/or entities appear in the left-side navigation?

If so, how do I do that?

I have the same question (0)

    Hello Karlak,

The left side navigation that you are referring to is the one below?

If yes this can be customized by following the below steps:

    1. Go to Advanced Settings - Application - Apps
    2. Locate the model driven app that you want to customize
    3. Click on ... - Open in App Designer
      1. This will open the app designer:

    4. Click on pencil near to Site Map
      1. This will open the Site Map Editor
      2. Here you will see all the groups/areas and sub areas of you app
      3. After this you can customize as you like moving the order, the entities that will be displayed and even change its names
      4. Here is an example:

Please refer to https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customerengagement/on-premises/customize/create-site-map-app to review how can we customize or create a sitemap for a model driven app.

    Hope this helps.
