Is this a particular localization? I don't have this menu item on my tenant.
Business Central->Manual Setup->Account Identifiers. Description for Account identifiers "View or change account identifiers. Each identifier includes a program identifier, reference number, and business number"
What do you mean with "manual setup page"? Can you see the correct page name or post a screenshot?
