I am having an ongoing conversation with my team about adding telephony capabilities to our D365 Sales Enterprise. I am aware of a few companies that have integrated third-party telephony solutions such as Puzzle and Korulink. However, after researching the Microsoft website, it seems there might be a relatively easy way to integrate MS Teams Phone into our CRM. We want to be able to make and recieve outbound calls, log the calls and use the inbuild AI features MS Teams Phone offers.
I have consulted with some of my CRM Consultants but they are hesitant to take on the task due to the lack of MS documentation and experience with telephony.
I am hoping that someone here has experience in implementing MS Teams Phone into Sales Enterprise or knows of any MS partners with the relevant experience. Best regards, Mads
