I have created the following logic in CRM:
- I call an external webservice with JS to get some quote details and put these on the quote.
- In these details I extract a base64 encoded document and add it to the notes of the quote.
- When this all succeeds, I make a rest call to the quote and set the quote status to Active and the reason to In Progress
- Then a Workflow is triggered to create an email. The trigger is on Status and I check if the status of the quote is active.
The issue is that the workflow is triggered three times. Any ideas on why? I've found solutions to make sure the workflow is only triggered once, but that sounds like it should be unnecessary.
