Issue with Purchase order

Hi,

I have a really odd issue with some purchase orders not showing in store ops manager, if I check in the database and search for the purchase order it is there, if I run a item movement history report I can see the purchase order information and can even click into it and view it and the item qtys are all fine..however if I search purchase orders it is not showing and if I look in the quotes report nothing shows up there either. I have checked in the HQ manager and this is all fine on this.

Can anyone advise as I am utterly stumped.

    Sorry extra note - The purchase order is showing as closed on HQ manager so don't think they would have been able to delete it.

    I searched through 3 years of support tickets and could not find anything in our system. Aside from the usual database maintenance, I can't think of anything else (assuming that you have already applied all hot fixes and service packs and are not using any sort of customization or plug in).

    Hi again - not sure if this applies but from the HQ users guide: "Purchase orders will not appear in the Headquarters View Purchase Order Status list box until affected stores have processed the worksheet and uploaded their data. At that point the purchase orders that were generated locally will upload.".

    Hi Kevin, that's the weird thing it is on HQ but not on store, It's the only one I can find where there is this issue which made me think that they had deleted it but on head office the purchase order is visible and showed as closed, hopefully it's just a weird one off.
