81A customer has Purchase requisitions that were approved during the previous year but they need to create the Purchase orders in the next year.
All those PR have pre reserved values for budgeting and when they try to create the PO´s this year, the message is that there are pre-reserved values with last year dates.
When we try to run the "General budget reservation year-end process" to be able to process the PR´s, we can´t find any of them in the "Retrieve documents" form.
We have the Budget control active so we cannot find that reason why the PR´´s are not showing
Any suggestion about what can be missing here will be apreciated
