Power BE Embedded Report Permissions

I'm trying to give a user access to the Embedded Power BI section in their role center and I'm having issues with permissions. While using the Manufacturing Manager role they can see the section with Super permissions and it goes away when I take Super permissions off. I've tried adding the permissions in the screenshot below with no luck. Does anyone know the specific permissions I need to assign?

    Hi,

You can try the Record Permissions feature to collect the required permissions if you are not sure which permissions to apply. You can refer this article -https://yzhums.com/10068/

NOTE: Please leave the Permissions page open during recording, if you close it, the recording process will be closed.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi,

To allow a user to see and use the Embedded Power BI section without giving them SUPER permissions, you need to assign the correct permission sets that control Power BI integration in Business Central.
    Required permission sets:
    > D365 POWER BI – Grants access to Power BI parts and actions in Role Centers.
    > D365 BASIC (or equivalent) – Provides general read access to pages and tables.
    > If the user needs to manage reports (enable/disable, refresh), also add D365 POWER BI ADMIN.

    After assigning these, make sure:
    > The user has a valid Power BI license and is signed in with the same account in Business Central and Power BI.
    > The Role Center page includes the Power BI part (some roles hide it by default).

    Thanks

I also recommend trying the Record Permissions feature first, because in addition to Power BI permissions, accessing data also requires permissions. Hope the following can give you some hints as well.

    Thanks.

    Hi

This was markes as solved but, How do you record permissions for the main page without closing the Record Permission page? Seems rather difficult.

    Thank you in advance.
