Our team in manufacturing use a third party software called Time Matrix, to record labor hours and apply to specific Manufacture Orders (MO). We are finding some variances on a few MOs.
How do we go about manually updating the labor hours in MS GP 2018 in case the data is not imported correctly?

If a punch is missing, you can go to Transactions | Manufacturing | WIP | Auto Data Collection to enter them.
If you need to change a punch that is currently there, you would need to go to Transactions | Manufacturing | WIP | Data Collection and reverse the time entry.

No, once am MO is closed you can make no further changes to it.
