Something is blocking the process of creating activity from Customer Voice to Dynamics 365 CRM Sales

Hi, today the responses to the survey created in CRM Dynamics 365 stopped. I sent the survey, filled it out. Responses are in Customer Voice, but not in Dynamics 365 (Sales) for a contact or another entity. Is there a log where the progress would be seen? Thanks
