Hey guys
I want to clear data of fields in subform by child workflow (case entity). but when I run workflow it doesn't work and give bellow error.
Please tell me If anyone can how should I fixed this problem.

You are using the clone solution, in order to clone the case record into a new one.
In the newly created case, you need to clear the values of some fields (as per your above screen shot)?
I mean sub-Grid that in the case entity.
To make few things clearer, what do you mean by sub-form? Is it the new record cloned ?

Hello,
Create a new workflow on the case entity that will be triggered on Create record, and check if this newly created record has parent case record (or another flag to identify it), and then you can clear the needed fields as per your need.
It is active. But it has a problem to run
Your child workflow may be in draft state.
Also please check child workflow to know issue.
actually I run a solution for clone a record of case and the record has a subform. I want when the record cloned then automatically child workflow run and clear some fields of subform. Where can I specify lookup field?
