    Hi Edselv,

The security architecture for the AX client and EP is the same. You can use the security development tool to get more insight in the menu items and related privileges/duties also for EP. You can read about it in my blog: kaya-consulting.com/ax-2012-security-development-tool-part-3

I did notice the link to the documentation is not working anymore. Here is the correct link. I will update it in my blog soon. docs.microsoft.com/.../record-entry-points-enterprise-portal

    Hello all,

I want to remove the link that I have mentioned in the above screenshot for all the users. So still I need to work with roles?

    Hi Edselv,

Short summary of my last reply: Yes. You have to work with security roles.

    Hi All,

    I did the following steps,

    1) I found the menu item of the organization menu (i.e. HCMEPWorkerList) using the following path

    \Web\Web Modules\Home\EmployeeServices\Organization

    2) I found the menu item "HCMEPWorkerList" in the following path

    \Web\Web Menu Items\URLs

    3) by right click the menu item I checked security privileges (HCMEPWorkerListView) and changed the entry points "HCMEPWorkerListURL" access level to no access.

    4) Deployed the web but still I couldnt able to hide it or no difference is affecting .

Please guide me where I am wrong.
