A prospect is looking to implement CRM Online and have Office Small Business Edition on their PCs.  The Small Business Edition has the Business Contact Manager as part of the package.

Will CRM for Outlook install correctly when the PC has "ffice Small Business Edition with Business Contact Manager?

Has anyone tried?

    Hi Karl,

I would highly recommend removing the business contact manager for outlook before installing the outlook crm client.  Even if it installs ok, there is no need to have both apps.  The outlook crm 4 client did NOT coexist with business contact manager.  I'm not sure about crm 2011, but you shouldn't have both anyway.
