Form buttons are hidden with specific privileges but visible with System Admin

Hi Seniors,  

 

Currently, I am facing an issue that the below three highlighted form control buttons are not visible on SalesTable form while it is visible in SalesTableListPage form with same privilege and role assigned. With System admin it is visible in SalesTable form as well. I doubted that there must be a code which can do this but was unable to find any specific code that is doing this. I found out that it has a privilege assigned by the name of "View sales order details". I only found two properties on the buttons which are Configuration Key set to "TradeInterCompany" and Needed permission set to "Create" for all three buttons. I am not sure if these properties are hiding these buttons.  

 

Here is the SS of SalesTable form with Admin rights. 

 

 

 

 

Here is the SS of SalesTableListPage form with "View sales order details" privilege assigned without Admin rights. It is visible on SalesTableListPage form

    Hi Arif,
     
    There is a difference for the same buttons between the list page and details form. On the list page, the NeededPermission is set to Manual, where on the SalesTable form, the NeededPermission is Create as you already noticed. 
     
    The View sales order details privilege grants Read access on these form button controls. That is sufficient on the list page (Manual), but the details form requires a minimum of Create permissions for them to show up. 
     
    You can override the form control permissions via security development or configuration. See also my blog: Securing a menu item is not enough - form controls - Dynamicspedia
