Hi,
I am using real time marketing and enabled the feature 'Configurable compliance settings in email editor' so I can create a more versatile subscription form in Outbound marketing with subscription lists and bring into the RTM email builder. I want to be able to manage a contact's channel opt in's. How can I add the sms contact consent preference to the subscription form so they can receive sms in RTM journeys via Twilio config and how is the sms opt out managed?
