Customer insights Journeys - edititing the title fo a live form

Hi there! I'm hoping to change the title of a live form, however when selecting the "edit" option, it seems I'm only able to change the fields, not the D365 title? Is there a way to change a title of a live form on the D365 side, or do I need to stop it first (or is it not possible at all)?

Hi,

You should be able to update the title just by editing it in the top banner, and then re-publishing:

If not, could you please provide a screenshot of what you see?

Hi there,

Thanks for the response! I'm trying to edit a form that's already live, and it won't let me fix the title in the "live, editing" option. Do I need to stop the form before?

Hi! Unfortunately you need to stop the form in order to edit the name.

While there is an "Edit" button for live forms that allows for "lightweight" edits (like updating fields or styling) without stopping the form, changing the foundational, identifying information such as the name usually requires stopping the form.

The name field become Read-only in Live edit in order to avoid breaking references used by: real-time journeys, event registrations, analytics, forms submissions, etc

Yes, you will need to stop the form first before you can make your edit.
