Event form being fixed

Hi 
I am facing issue where I have changed my event form from one event to another but the flow fetches the contact to the intial event where I removed the form from and doesnt show in the even where i attached the form in. 
 
example 
I removed the event form from event a and applied it in event B. The registeration is taking place in event a while the email elements in the journey are of event b. 
 
this is urgent so if anyone can help me out it would be helpful

    Hi,
     
    After my testing, I found that the same (registration) Form can be used for both events in both real-time and outbound marketing.
    Which event a user enters depends entirely on which event page they are registered on.
    In short, the problem you are experiencing has nothing to do with the event form, so please check if you are using the correct event URL.
