Contact changed job - don't rollup activities under new account, how?

Hello, everybody,

In case one of contact changed his job and quiet from company A to company B and he has activities(emails etc.) - i can't just go to contact and reassign account A (organization),because all activities rollup to new account and will damage chronological feed(histoty of communication) of company B.

Now we have the rule to deactivate old account and create new, but it's a lot of manual work to transfer fields that are not changed.

Can we keep current crm dynamics mechanism for rollup emails from contact to account (when they are tracked via outlook), but do not transfer activities under account B when reassign account A to account B?

P.S. yes i read this article about people based and account based approach, but suugested solution in this article was deactivate and create new contact

Thank you

    HI PB

The reason why this happens is the Cascade settings on the Account and Contact Entity when you reassign a record, You can can configure this when you go into the 1:N relationship settings for the Account / Contact entity
