Make sure you have defined the exchange rates between your store currency and the foreign currency.

    Hi Sumit,

Thanks for your reply, I have defined rates but still not able to see the currency on POS. Is there any field where we need to put the currency group i.e. Default in which we have defined rates and currency.

You need to define the exchange rate against the exchange rate type that is setup in the system parameters.

    Hi Sumit,

I have already defined 'Default' as exchange rate type and defined all the rates in it against default currency of store.

But still not able to see/select currency on POS.

There might be issue with the data replication. Check if you have run the currency job as well as the channel configuration. Check in the POS database if the data is replicated.

super old question, but the only one of its kind it seems... Having the same issue but with 365 MPOS. Have defined "default" exchange rate in both system parameters and commerce shared parameters. Have created a currency and defined an exchange rate with the retail channels currency. Added a 'pay commerce' payment method to the store, and added the specific currency as an option in that payment method. Run all jobs, rebooted MPOS station... all changes come across (new button map, etc.) but when i choose to pay currency, there is nothing selectable or indicating anything other than USD....? What am i missing?

Answered my own question. I've seen this before where the name of the payment method name was wrong so expected functionality wasnt working... In my case, the payment method name was "Pay Currency"... I went and compared to a demo box, and they've used just the word 'Currency'... So, i changed to that, changed my payment button to point to 'Currency' instead of 'Pay Currency' and boom, i see the currencies in the tender declaration window, as well as a dropdown to select a currency when tendering. Thanks,
