Cannot add user "an error has ocurred, try this action again.."

Hi,

I have installed a CRM 2013 On premise, now, when i need to add user from my active directory, CRM returns me the error "an error has ocurred, try this action again.."

And this log error:

    Can yo enable trace on server and see if you get some more detail about this error?

    I this it's the problema is other, because when I type he user ID in CRM, the other fields (name, last name) are filled automatically...

    I found this:
