LS RETAIL ERROR

Hi All..

 We are using MICROSOFT BUSINESS SOLUTION NAVSION

VERSION W1 4.0 SP3 ( 4.0 SP2).

currently  we are facing ' LS RETAIL POS  button not functioning'

Problem descrption as below:-

After opening 'LS Retail pos screen'screen in navsion we had button calles 'CASH' while we are clicking the button it was not performing any action at all.

It was just stable and constant.

Do the needful.

    You need to make sure that you have a command defined on the cash button that is linked to a tender type.

    For example

    Key no = 1
    Command = Tender_K
    Parameter = 1

     The parameter of a value 1 in my case equals the tender type number.

    The comment that you made that the cash button was not performing any action leads me to suspect that this maybe the problem.
