Not sure if this issue had been raised before, I checked and could not find anything.
Our user is using Outlook 2016 which has had CRM 2015 plug in installed. Whenever he creates a task in CRM contacts area, this task will be sync-ed to his Outlook Calendar as well, without a problem. But the task will be shown at the different part of the Calendar, while he prefers to be shown inside the calendar date boxes, so then he could see everything such as meeting appointment and task altogether in the date boxes.
Any advise?

I have the same question (0)Hi, unfortunately is not possible, Outlook shows only appointments in calendar view.
The only thing you can do, is to active the "Daili Task List" from the ribbon menu, so you can show your daily task in the footer on the calendar.
