Hello,

How can i set the filter criteria on Duplicate Detection view . For example if some potential duplicate records are found and i want to filter inactive records for it . Is it possible ?

I know we can  add last 2 column from Look up view , but i need to set the Filter Criteria .Any Suggestions?

Unfortunately there is no way to change this filter.

If it is only a matter of needing to filter out inactive records, you can set your duplicate detection rule to ignore inactive records and then they won't come up as possible duplicates.

The best way to "filter" your potential duplicate records is to construct effective detection rules.
