Hello experts,
we have an environtment where there is a very high usage of email entity, ~1 million retrieve operations occures daily by SYSTEM account.
This started approximately 2 month ago,formerly it was not noticable.
I checked, no new workflows or changes added to the environtment which can cause this kind of high usage, there is only 58000 emails synced.
The following error messages causes mailbox alerts daily, more and more frequently:
Mailbox Configuration Validation Failed. CrmException occured: Number of requests exceeded the limit of 6000 over time window of 300 seconds.
We using Exchange server side sync, no changes applied to its settings a year ago.
What can be the root cause of this?
How can it be solved?
