you can try clearing browser cache or any browser setting blocking to display the images.

As I noticed that your email is in draft status, I’d like to know if the issue occurs only in the designer. How are the images shown in Preview or email clients?
You can try to find the img src="url" tag in the HTML designer and copy the url to a browser to see if it can be opened directly.
It is also recommended to open the email with InPrivate mode or a different browser. If it is shown normally, the issue may be related to the browser's cache.

As you can see it's still not good. In the private browsing and when the email is live.
When we check this in different email services provider the results are the same.

We created a ticket a few weeks ago.
We installed the last release of july yesterday and tried it, but the issue is still there. We asked our partner Cegeka to contact MS to give an update.
