Not able to download Base Applicaiton symbols on SaaS

Hi,

I tried to download symbols on SaaS.

After a few minutes. It thows a error    "A task was cancelled"

Using Business central 4.0 Cloud sandbox environment.

Please find the below screeenshot for reference

    There may be other possible causes but there are a few that have been resolved. E.g.:

    Here I am not able to download a Base application package itself.
