CUSTOMER PORTAL FOR BC

Hey what is your recommendations on building a customer portal for customers, that include them being able to enter thier customer name, ship date, Item#, be able to see special price assigned to them, request any pecial ship instructions. Even better would being able to control what items each customer had access to. Do you suggest a build it your self, or is there a app that you would suggest.

Portal?

Power Apps portals and Dynamics 365 portals are now referred to as Power Pages.

When you create a new Power Pages site, you can choose a starter layout template to build your site, or you can choose scenario-based templates to accelerate creating your site.

For your requirements, building from scratch would be time-consuming and costly. A ready-made solution like CRMJetty Dynamics 365 Customer Portal is a better fit—it lets customers log in, view only their assigned items and special pricing, enter ship dates and item numbers, and submit special shipping instructions, all securely synced with Dynamics 365.
