Getting an error when I try to link a credit card account with Business Central

Hi Everyone,
 
Good day.
 
I've been trying to link client's Chase credit cards and Mechanics Bank accounts, but no luck. Tried multiple times. So, I decided to give it a try with client's personal Bank of America account to check if there was anything wrong with the setup, and surprisingly, it linked without any issues.
 
Here are the screenshot of the process: 
  1. First it asked me to enabled a setup: 

 
  1. Then my credentials: 

 
  1. Entered my credentials, but got a /wrong credentials/ message, even though I double-checked them

 
  1. Then:

Sometimes it'll show up this error: 


I tried with different bank accounts

So, I gave it a try with client's personal bank account, and it worked:



Any ideas on what might be causing this? Appreciate your help!

    I'm not sure if this information could help you. Here is a list of supported banks, and there is also a support page where you could send any questions.

    I would like to confirm with you whether the AMC Banking and Envestnet Yodlee Bank Feeds service shares the same Bank list that you had shared.
