GP Professional Services Tools

Hello

i want to know how GP Professional Services Tools will work and what tables it will impact 

how can i track history and Is that stores old records information in any tables

ex: I am changing customer number "A" with new number "B" how can i know old customer number after a while

    Naresh,

    PSTL will not track this information for you. The Audit Trails module should help with this as it uses SQL Server triggers to come up with changes/differences between rows and columns within a table.
