We have imported opportunities from import data. There are failures on import. We are unable download as excel with error description for the failures. Do have any option of creating report.

Below is the reference image of the issue.

Please suggest if any required docs or any solution.

Hi Partner,

What are the specific errors of failure?

Is it possible to share the information displayed under the 'Failures' tab? It contains the reason for failure.

Not sure exactly why, perhaps you imported the data via a downloaded template?

Hi

Thanks for the response!

I can see failure reason on UI, but when I click on Export Error Rows, the downloaded file has the original data that are failed. But there is no description for errors.

The screenshot I need is the information shown under the 'Failure' tab on this record, as I need to know what is causing you to fail?

Thanks for checking this.

The issue is not about why the records are failing to import properly. We are able to resolve the reason for failures.

The issue is trying figure out a way to download a report or excel which has Data record and Error due of which it is being marked as failed.

Can you help with that please? Is there a way to get such a report using screens?

Tried using the Web API. Using joins (on Entities Importlogs, ImportData, ImportFile), it is possible to get the Error description and data record. But, the Transform (Log Phase column below) errors are not being returned by the Web API. So for e.g. for the records shown in the screenshot below, the Sequence Number, Log Phase, Column Heading, Column Value, Actual data record is found on the web api response. But, the error Description is not there when log phase code is Transform.
